This D1s LED bulb kit is an easy, plug and play way to upgrade the OEM Xenon/HID headlamps and increase their light output. From testing and jumping back and forth between 9-5’s that have OEM xenons and these LEDs fitted; the difference is crazy! Manufacturer rated at 4500 lumens, these are just over double the brightness of a good OE xenon/HID bulb and require only .1 second of start up time!
Tested and verified to work perfectly in 02-10 9-5’s and 08-12 9-3’s. Haven’t had the chance to test in an NG9-5 just yet, but should work perfectly.
Please note that these bulbs do not fit 03 through 07 (pre-facelift) 9-3 models. Currently in testing for those models, aiming for release in fall/winter.
